I worked with Hari for about 3.5 years at Medall. His energy at 9am and 5pm are the same — right at the top. I was very impressed the way he managed the entire AP Lab PPP project at Medall — 105 labs spread across 13 districts of AP, serving close to 20,000 patients a day from 1,400 remote healthcare facilities. His daily rigour included calls twice every day with the field team, alongside managing Govt of AP officials and project and contract governance with the same passion as he managed ground-level teams.
